THANK YOU FOR SERVING!

On May 21 & 22, an army of volunteers – 239 strong – took to the neighborhoods of Norfolk, VA, and showed unconditional kindness and compassion to people in need. We served schools, youth centers, churches, families, children, elderly, and even each other. There were no strings attached, no hidden agendas, nothing to prove. Only a desire to serve the way we saw Jesus serve. We invited our friends, our colleagues, our family members. People from all backgrounds joined in. And when all was said and done, we were left with two powerful feelings. The first was an amazing sense of accomplishment. The second feeling: that we’re only getting started!
